Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and the services offered by Service Biz Socials, LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide done-for-you social media content packages (1–12 month terms), optional informational videos, and a one-time, self-hosted software product (“The Social Poster”).

2. Orders & payment

Submitting a package request is a request for service, not a completed sale. We confirm scope and pricing and provide payment details. Services begin once payment is received.

3. Content packages & terms

Packages are billed for the term you select. Discounts apply to longer commitments.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving drafts. We are not liable for content you approve.
Unused posts or videos do not roll over beyond the agreed term unless stated in writing.

4. The Social Poster license

The Social Poster is sold as a one-time $1,500 lifetime license for self-hosting on infrastructure you control.
“Lifetime” refers to the supported life of the product; it includes updates we release for it.
The software relies on third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google). We do not control and cannot guarantee their availability or API behaviour.
The license is for your business; redistribution or resale of the software is not permitted.

5. Refunds

Because work begins promptly, fees for delivered work are non-refundable. Where required by law, statutory rights are unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the content we deliver for your business. We retain rights to our own tools, templates and the Social Poster software.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes, and to comply with the terms of each social platform.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific reach, engagement or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here. Continued use means you accept the changes.
